Online: Users can cancel their subscription through their account settings on the huggable platform. Navigate to your user profile, select "Manage Subscription," and follow the prompts to cancel.

Cancellation requests should be submitted at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming period.
If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for the remainder of the cycle.
Subscriptions terminated due to violations of our terms of service are not eligible for refunds.
Upon cancellation, you will retain access to huggable until the end of your current billing period. After the billing period ends, access to premium features and characters will be revoked.
Users can reactivate their subscription at any time by logging into their account and selecting a subscription plan.
Users can change their billing cycle at any time. Changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
Any promotional offers applied to your subscription may not be applicable if you change your subscription plan. Please review the terms of the promotional offer before making changes.
